Transaction Path Diagnostics
Diagnostics for transfers, bill pay, and merchant payments — confirmation language, beneficiary friction, and recovery after failed OTP.
Purpose
Payment paths carry both trust and abandonment risk. We diagnose a named transaction type end to end, including failure and retry loops that analytics alone often flatten into a single “drop-off.”
Typical paths
DuitNow to account or proxy, scheduled transfers, JomPAY or billers, and in-app card controls that block or allow a spend. You choose one primary path; adjacent variants can be sampled if time allows.
Deliverable
A diagnostic brief with severity tags (blocking, confusing, slow), sample customer wording for error states, and recommended owners across product, fraud, and content.

We do not bypass controls. Walkthroughs stay within authorised test accounts and disclosed procedures.
