Fees reflect path length, languages, access complexity, and whether branch observation is included. Figures below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit for planning conversations.

What changes the fee
- Additional languages or product variants sampled in the same window
- Delayed access to staging, test accounts, or analytics glossaries
- On-site days outside Penang or the Klang Valley
- Workshop attendance above twelve people (facilitation format changes)
Deposits and billing
A 40% deposit confirms the start date; the balance is due on dossier delivery, before or at the workshop. Invoices are informational — payment is arranged offline by bank transfer as stated on the invoice.
