How engagements run
A clear sequence from briefing to workshop — so your release calendar knows what to expect.
Journey reviews succeed when access, path definition, and workshop timing are honest from day one. This page is the rhythm we use for most Digital Banking Journey Review work; shorter diagnostics compress the middle steps.
The sequence
Briefing & access
We lock the path, languages, devices, and success definition. You share test accounts, escorts, or supervised sessions, plus any analytics event glossary.
Field review
Repeated completions of the journey under agreed conditions. Failures and recoveries are recorded with timestamps and plain-language notes.
Evidence cross-check
Observations are compared with your tickets and event names. Severity tags are challenged by a second reader before you see the dossier.
Findings workshop
Ninety minutes with owners in the room (or on the call). Each priority leaves with a named next step — even if that step is “needs production sample.”
What you prepare
- A path owner who can answer “what counts as done?”
- Change-freeze or release dates that affect recommendations
- Consent for any branch observation if handoffs are in scope
What we prepare
- A draft agenda three days before the workshop
- A dossier you can circulate internally without our branding requirements
- A short parking lot for issues outside the paid path
