About Appbloomcore

We read digital banking journeys the way customers live them — then hand product teams a dossier they can argue from.

Why we exist

Digital banking teams in Malaysia sit between regulatory care, fraud controls, and customers who simply want to move money without drama. Appbloomcore started in George Town to give those teams an independent reading of their app journeys — grounded in walkthroughs, support notes, and the events they already collect.

What we believe

  • A journey is a sequence of decisions under time pressure, not a feature list.
  • Malay and English flows deserve equal scrutiny when both are offered.
  • Frontline staff hear friction before charts do; their notes belong in the dossier.
  • Findings should name owners and constraints, not float as abstract “opportunities.”

How we work with clients

We keep engagements short enough to fit a release window. A named reviewer leads the walkthroughs; a second reader challenges the severity tags before the workshop. We do not take build retainers that would blur independence during a review.

Malaysia context

Our examples and device assumptions reflect local rails and habits: DuitNow proxies, JomPAY, MyKad capture patterns, and the mix of branch and self-serve habits still common outside major city centres. We travel within Penang and the Klang Valley when handoffs or device labs require it.

People

Reviewers come from banking channel operations, customer research, and content design backgrounds. We introduce the named lead for your engagement in the kick-off note — you always know who is walking your path.
